Spine Yoga® is the method in which Hatha Yoga, the most widespread Yoga in the world, is enriched with the principles of classical osteopathy to perfectly adapt to the needs of a modern Western public.
Classic Hatha Yoga includes a series of techniques: Asanas (postures), Pranayamas (breathing exercises), relaxation and meditation, which are effective for the well-being of the body and mind, as demonstrated by numerous scientific studies.
With the Spine Yoga® method, it improves balance, muscle tone, posture, breathing and the circulation of fluids thanks to the spine which regains stability and flexibility.
